What Vavo supplies, what it does not supply and who is responsible for the media you choose.

1. The Vavo service

Vavo supplies media-player software and related device-licence functions. It does not supply, sell or include television channels, films, series, playlists or subscriptions to third-party media services. There is no implied entitlement to content because you purchased a Vavo licence.

2. Sources you add

You choose and provide the files, playlists, URLs, server-login details or camera feeds used with the player. You must be authorised to use them and comply with the applicable copyright, privacy and access rules. Do not use Vavo to bypass a provider’s restrictions or access material unlawfully.

Compatibility with a format or source is a technical capability, not an endorsement of that source. An independent content provider is responsible for its own content, fees, availability and terms.

3. Website illustrations

Screenshots and illustrative artwork explain the player interface. They do not constitute a media catalogue included in a licence. Third-party names and marks identify the relevant platform, technology or service; their appearance does not imply an affiliation or approval.

4. Playback limitations

Playback can depend on a valid source, supported encoding, device capability and a working connection. Vavo cannot guarantee the availability or performance of an independently operated media service. This does not reduce the legal standards or remedies applicable to Vavo’s own paid software.

5. Rights-holder and privacy concerns

If you believe material controlled by Vavo infringes your rights, send a specific report to the operator contact. Identify the material, its location, the relevant right and a way to contact you. We can review matters within our control and respond as required by law.

If the concern relates to a source independently added by a user, contact the source operator as appropriate. A Vavo software licence does not make Vavo the publisher of that external source.

6. Relationship to other policies

This disclaimer is read with the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Refunds & Cancellation Policy. It does not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or remove mandatory consumer rights.
